With our leading edge expertise and technology Master Precision specializes in controlling mirrored machine surface finish to achieve a sharp "knife-edge". Master Precision is able to achieve the following Flatness/Finishing specifications:
  • Surface Flatness 0.5 microns or better
  • Surface Finish of .05 microns or better Ra.
    • Our Microscopic Deburring section includes 10 Leica GZ6 Microscope with 10 power magnification. In addition we offer tumble deburring and bead blasting capabilities.
